Dong Shao is an associate professor in Software Institute, Nanjing University.  He is interested in Agile Software Development, High Tech Market, Management of Start-up, Software Engineering Education and general Software Engineering issues. He is a member of Software Process and DevOps Group in Software Institute, Nanjing University. He is a member of the IEEE Computer Society, the ACM and the CCF.
